Our pricing is always quoted as a 'not to exceed' amount.
Every event is different and every client has a different set of service needs. We base our pricing on three elements:
Our most popular 'Day of' package, (which includes: a month ahead planning meeting, detailed time-line development, vendor follow up, rehearsal, ceremony and reception management) is typically between $700 and $1,200. We consider the number of guests, the number of people in the wedding party and the location of the ceremony and reception.
Our complete design and management service (which includes: working with you on all styling and design aspects, developing and managing detailed task plans with comfortable lead times. Vendor appointments, evaluations and bookings, contract management. Time-line creation, overall set-up and full management of rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Start at $2,900.
Consultations and smaller events, private dinners for example, fees would be based on the particulars of the event and service expectation. We are pleased to offer either an hourly rate or flat fee.
Deposits - we request a $100. non refundable deposit to secure your date on our calendar.
